Valhalla is a great hall from Norse mythology where the chosen warriors would go eat and drink to celebrate after the battle.
Valhalla Table is where urban warriors gather to feast on curiously unique, house-made and all natural sausages, chef influenced street food along with other great grub fit for Odin. A place where craft beer is in abundance, friends exchange stories of valor and toast successes - all for the purpose of reviving the body and mind in preparation for life's next adventure.
Serving a selection of unique house-made sausages from the grill, with Belgium fries paired with variety of dips, appetizers, soup and salads. And don't forget desserts which will be made from scratch by our sister company Layer Cake Bakery in Irvine.
Our mission is very simple:
We (Chef Ehrline & her sister) want to make and serve all natural food that we've tried and enjoyed throughout our travels and pair them with artisan beers that our friends (a big time craft beer enthusiast) would be ecstatic for.
